Finbarr Daly


Before joining Enterprising Monaghan, Finbarr has had nearly 30 years’ experience of working in the agri-food sector throughout Europe. After graduating from UCD with a B.Comm and MBS he worked for Kerry Foods selling their consumer poultry products in Germany, Belgium, France, Denmark and UK. After that he worked with both LEDU and Enterprise Ireland clients, helping them to break into the continental European market. He also ran the College of Agriculture Food and Rural Enterprise (NI) equine degrees and agri-food business Masters programmes.

Ann Treanor

Operations & Business Development Manager

Ann has worked with Enterprising Monaghan since 2012 and is the company’s Business Operations and Development Manager. Ann has a vast experience of enterprise development, people, operations, finance and event management. She and was heavily involved in the project management of the company’s C:Tek building project in Carrickmacross. Before joining the company she worked in various management roles in local businesses in County Monaghan and is a graduate of the Athlone Institute of Technology.

Siobhan Sherry

Food Hub Manager

Siobhan is currently studying for her MSc in Business for Agri-Food and Rural Enterprise at Queen’s University Belfast. Having joined Enterprising Monaghan (EM) in 2015 in an administration role, Siobhan has enhanced her skills in the management of buildings and dealing with our client’s property management business needs. Siobhan was recently appointed as the new Marketing & Food Development Officer at EM’s Food Hub in Ballybay. She also has extensive sales and marketing as well supply chain management experience through her work in Linwoods and Kepak before joining Enterprising Monaghan.

Darren McQuillan

Premises Officer

Darren has been with Enterprising Monaghan since 2012. Before joining the company he has had over nine years’ experience of working in the construction and engineering sector. His roles entailed customer service, manufacturing and installation. In Enterprising Monaghan Darren overseas the general maintenance and upkeep of the properties which are located throughout the county.
