Brendon Goodrich of Goodrich training conducted the Level 3 HACCP Course at the Ballybay Food Hub over three full days.
The Level 3 HACCP (food safety management) course, is externally certified by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH). The course is designed to comply with the requirements of Irish and European hygiene regulations, as well as certification schemes such as BRC.
In attendance were a broad spectrum of individuals from the food sector to include Restaurants, catering businesses, shop and deli owners to name a few.
